These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of appliance repair services by Qelivro ("we", "us", "our") to customers ("you") in the United Kingdom. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Our services are intended for domestic and light commercial use in the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Qelivro provides diagnostic assessment and repair services for domestic appliances. We do not guarantee that every appliance can or should be repaired. In cases where repair is not economically viable or technically feasible, we will advise you honestly and clearly.
We do not carry out gas boiler installation, servicing, or repair. We do not perform work on gas supply lines. Any gas-related work must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
All appointments are subject to technician availability. We will provide an estimated arrival window and make reasonable efforts to arrive within it. In the event of unavoidable delay, we will notify you as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice may incur an administrative charge, which we will communicate to you in advance.
A diagnostic visit fee applies to all initial assessments. This fee is confirmed at the time of booking and is credited toward the cost of any repair we carry out following the assessment. If you choose not to proceed with a repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee remains payable.
A written quote will be provided before any repair work commences. We will not carry out additional work beyond the agreed scope without your explicit approval. Parts are charged at cost price; we do not apply a markup to replacement components.
All prices quoted include VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is due on completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
All repairs are carried out by trained technicians using appropriate tools and quality replacement parts. We stand behind our labour. If the same fault we repaired recurs within 30 days of completion, we will return to assess and address it at no additional labour charge, provided the issue is directly related to the original repair.
This commitment does not extend to unrelated faults, pre-existing conditions disclosed at the time of repair, or damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or circumstances outside our control following the repair.
You agree to provide accurate information about the appliance and the fault at the time of booking. You agree to ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance during the scheduled appointment. You agree to review and sign off on any written quote before authorising repair work to proceed.
Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with our services is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses, including spoiled food in the event of a refrigeration fault, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
Nothing in these terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We collect and process personal data in connection with bookings and service delivery. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
